Steve is fascinated by human beings; how they interact, fall out, make up, change and create stuff together. Before becoming an independent consultant, speaker, writer and coach, he spent over 20 years in the corporate world; his last role being Director of Leadership and Organisation Development for a large global blue chip. During this time, he became intrigued by the difference between what is supposed to happen in organisations versus what actually happens.

Rowan has worked with a broad range of Challengers, from senior leaders in large corporates to social enterprises championing new ways of doing business. He has a particular interest in companies with a clear purpose beyond profit, that delivers growth through challenging the status quo in their market sector. Rowan previously spent many years at Deloitte and has a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from Forum for the Future, a leading think tank and partner for business. He brings curiosity, energy and fun to his work and loves to explore ideas from outside business as a source of innovation for his clients.

Prior to joining Relume, Lynne spent over 25 years within the travel industry. Lynne works directly with Relume consultants, acting as the interface between them and their clients, the day to day management of their diaries, complex projects and generally, keeping things running smoothly.

Claire has a particular interest in developing the resilience of Challenger Leaders so they can sustain the energy and performance required by their organisations and is known for highly creative and pragmatic interventions. She is the co-author of The Challenger Spirit, a research project into those organisations that successfully disturb the status quo in their market.
