Working with us
Client Portal
You will become a client of Relume Ltd when you purchase products or services from us. As a client, you may at times in your work with us be invited to join an online client portal, which will give you access to information for the projects Relume Ltd are working on for you. This includes files we share as well as invoices and proposals.
Accounting Software
Relume Ltd uses Xero for accounting purposes. When you become a client of Relume Ltd, we will store details contact details, names, addresses and company information in Xero along with details of any financial transactions that occur. File Storage
Any files you share as a client with Relume Ltd or any that are created as part of the work we do with you, will be stored on our business file storage platforms. We use Google’s G Suite for Business to store and share files. You can read more about Google’s security by visiting this link.
Joining Client portals
Sometimes you may be asked to join a portal which is protected for members only. When you join this site as a member, we collect information from you. To give you this access, we would require your full name and email address. You are also asked to establish your own username and password. These details are necessary to provide membership services to you. We use your email address to give you access to the site, manage your profile, retrieve lost passwords and provide you with information about the services we provide to you. Your email address will also be used to notify you of activity on discussions and from time to time we will contact you for your feedback and to let you know what’s new.
