Georgina is a team coach, facilitator and change consultant to senior business leaders and founders. Over the past 20+ years she has worked with teams across a broad range of sectors and organisations to support healthier team dynamics and  organisational growth. Her clients have included Aldermore Bank, Delhaize Group, Hawksmoor Restaurants, Heineken, Law Debenture, Mondelez International and Teneo.

Her specialism is in helping to build cultures for growth by aligning a company’s purpose, values and behaviours with team and leadership development. She brings a blend of coaching and consulting to this work.

Georgina is known for her ability to find clarity and make connections for clients that are experiencing uncertainty, using creative facilitation tools and techniques that support people with different ways of working to contribute, and being skilled at managing group dynamics towards outcomes.

Georgina’s earlier career was in sustainability strategy and communications which informed her focus on and passion for supporting founders and leaders of BCorps and values-driven organisations. She has coaching qualifications from Barefoot Coaching and Climate Change Coaches alongside a MA in Social Anthropology of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a BSc in Natural Science from Durham University.

Outside of work and being a mum to two young girls she is pursuing an interest in contemporary spirituality to deepen her practice, and is playing women’s football for the first time.
