Clare has worked within the field of Organisation Development and Change for over three decades, in both the public and private sectors.

As a coach Clare is particularly skilled in creating a safe and supportive environment in which leaders can reflect on their purpose, hope and ambition, turning their insights into action. She keeps the business context at the heart of the work and her engaging style balances challenge with pragmatism, encouragement and kindness. She believes wholeheartedly in the transformative impact of deep listening and dialogue and has worked for a number of years in the areas of inclusion and diversity using this approach. She works especially well with leaders who want to create better balance in their lives, and those who want to develop their self-confidence and presence.

She has a MSc. in Organisation Development from the Metanoia Institute in London (2016).  She is currently studying for Interfaith Ministry with the One Spirit Foundation and will be ordained in July 2020; she is a member of a charity, The Mindful Life – offering mindfulness training to adult carers – having a personal interest in supporting parents of autistic children.
